Role: Business / Product Analyst (Sell-Side)

Location: Canada (100% remote role)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business / Product Analyst with strong sell-side capital markets experience to support product initiatives for a Digital Integration Hub supporting Trading and Asset Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and translate business requirements into product initiatives, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders .
- Support product roadmap, backlog prioritization, releases, and new feature development.
- Analyze trading workflows and identify opportunities for product and integration improvements.
- Create business/process documentation and support product releases and UAT.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong Sell-Side / Capital Markets experience.




- Understanding of end-to-end trading and investment lifecycle .
- Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, and OTC products .
- Knowledge of DVP, FOP, Repo, Securities Finance, Collateral Management, and Corporate Actions .
- Strong Business Analysis / Product Analysis experience.
- Requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, and Agile.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business teams .
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

- IBOR / General Ledger
- Regulatory reporting / compliance
- Integration platforms or financial technology products
- Private Equity / Private Debt experience
