Job Summary

As a Busser, you will be the backbone of our restaurant’s cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring tables are promptly cleared, reset, and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new diners
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly, supporting smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed when assisting with dishware and utensils
- Support kitchen staff by removing used dishes and assisting with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Monitor dining areas for spills or safety hazards,



addressing them swiftly to ensure guest safety
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service needs and uphold high standards of hospitality

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and food handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory
