Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork that meet precise specifications and high-quality standards. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of cabinets and wood components
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry using a variety of hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Install finished cabinets securely in designated locations, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
- Measure spaces accurately to customize cabinetry that fits seamlessly into designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times during fabrication and installation processes
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate timelines and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform quality inspections on all completed work to verify craftsmanship meets specifications and client expectations

Requirements

- Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects




- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, routers) for precise cutting and assembly
- Knowledge of construction processes including drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, roofing, siding, rebar installation, masonry, concrete forming, plumbing, electrical work, caulking, heavy lifting, rebar installation, manufacturing techniques, construction painting, restoration work, CNC machinery operation, and construction estimating is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the fabrication and installation process
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and woodworking environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components accurately
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation preferred for site visits and installations
