Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for learning most of our shop processes including machine operation and cabinet assembly. Candidate will also be on site Installing cabinetry, finals, and service work. Company vehicle provided - must meet qualifications to operate

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide cabinet construction.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment.
- Measure accurately and perform precise fitting of components to ensure quality standards.
- Install cabinets on-site as needed.
- Perform finishing work such as sanding, staining, painting, caulking, and touch-ups to achieve a polished look.




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making; construction experience is highly valued.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
