Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our agile construction and woodworking team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces, transforming detailed blueprints and schematics into finished products that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, use of hand and power tools, and ability to interpret technical drawings will be essential to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of cabinets and furniture.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinetry using a variety of hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment.
- Measure spaces precisely to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry during installation.
- Perform concrete forming, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing, rebar installation, and other related construction tasks as needed.
- Conduct restoration projects including cabinetry repair, reconditioning existing woodwork, and applying finishing touches such as staining or painting.
- Assist with plumbing or electrical work related to cabinetry or built-in units when required.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating and scheduling to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes including drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, siding application, roofing techniques, caulking, masonry basics, rebar installation, and general heavy lifting.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus.
- Experience in restoration work or handyman tasks such as plumbing or electrical is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely.
