Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces, ensuring high-quality finishes, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and wood components.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood materials using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and CNC machines.
- Install cabinets and custom woodwork securely in various settings, ensuring alignment, stability, and aesthetic quality.
- Perform related construction tasks including drywall installation, flooring setup, tile laying, siding application, roofing support, rebar installation, masonry work, and concrete forming as needed.
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, staining, painting, caulking, and touch-up work to achieve polished results.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards and building codes.




- Assist with site preparation activities like heavy lifting, rebar placement, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring support, and handyman tasks when required.

Experience

- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a strong background in cabinet making and installation.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is essential for accurate execution of design specifications.
- Hands-on experience with construction painting, drywall installation, flooring installation (including tile), siding application, roofing support or masonry is highly desirable.
- Skilled in operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently; experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read technical drawings related to concrete forming or rebar installation is advantageous.
- Prior work experience in restoration projects or as a handyman demonstrates versatility in handling diverse construction tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
