Dexterra Group is seeking a hands-on Chef Manager to lead a university campus food service operation. You’ll shape the dining experience through menus, concepts, catering events, and hospitality, leading culinary team and building client relationships.
You’ll ensure operational, financial, and food safety excellence; manage costs, labor, inventory, and procurement; and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced campus setting. Adaptable days, afternoons, and weekend shifts are required.
