Duties

- Engage with customers both in the dealership and through outside sales efforts to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients via B2B sales strategies and community outreach
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, showcasing vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to close deals effectively
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing terms to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions to attract potential buyers
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer value
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools





Qualifications

- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales with a focus on automotive or high-end products preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Spanish are highly advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or managing a sales pipeline effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional phone etiquette and interpersonal approach
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and basic math skills for calculating deals and financing options
- Prior experience in sales support roles or dealership environments is a plus
