Duties

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, building relationships and identifying their vehicle needs
- Conduct thorough negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing leads
- Support customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing paperwork
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize dealership revenue opportunities
- Utilize dealership marketing strategies to attract high-end clients and increase foot traffic
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering vehicle demonstrations,



and ensuring a positive buying experience

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, to serve diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with clients and team members
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, dealership operations, and sales management principles
- Ability to build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Proficiency in marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Phone etiquette skills for engaging prospects over calls professionally and confidently
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering personalized experiences that foster loyalty
- Math skills for accurately calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures
