Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) outreach and community networking to generate recent leads.
- Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer preferences.
- Negotiate terms and prices confidently to close high-end sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing opportunities using organized sales support tools.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.




- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales, especially in high-end or luxury vehicle markets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in Spanish or other languages enhances customer engagement.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for engaging diverse customers.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, sales management techniques, and basic math skills for accurate deal structuring.
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for cars and customer service is essential.
