Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading and carpentry. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and performing tasks that require physical strength and precision.

The candidate will contribute to a variety of projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards across residential and commercial sites.

Duties

- Interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction projects accurately
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various construction activities
- Use hand tools and power tools for framing, woodworking, and other building tasks
- Conduct heavy lifting to move materials and equipment throughout job sites
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work workplace
- Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring cleanliness and organization




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications

Experience

- Proven experience in construction-related roles involving blueprint reading,carpentry, and woodworking
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods
- Prior work involving heavy equipment operation is desirable
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
