- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while preparing fresh food
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
