Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management through basic stock checks and assisting with restocking as needed

Skills





- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and balancing registers
- Multilingual skills to assist a broad customer base effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette for responding to inquiries professionally over the phone or in person
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling products or services

- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous but not required
