Inferno's Bistro | French is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to handle customer transactions and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a busy French restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Operate the POS system and cash register
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Answer customer questions about menu items and prices
- Communicate orders and special requests with kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier and service area
- Restock cups, napkins, packaging, and other supplies
- Respond to customer questions and service concerns professionally
- Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards
Requirements
- Previous Cashier, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced French restaurant environment
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Solid teamwork and problem-solving skills
Pay: $16.00-$23.56 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
