Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and basic merchandising tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experiences

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to perform basic technical tasks such as operating POS systems and product demos
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment while maintaining high standards of service
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging with a diverse clientele
- Experience in technology sales or merchandising is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
