Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information and directing calls as needed
- Handle cash accurately, balance registers at shift end,



and follow all cash handling procedures
- Support team members with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and organization

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, especially in technology or product demonstrations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction processing
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with merchandising principles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Skilled phone etiquette for inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus but not required
