Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Conduct product demos to inform customers about features and advantages, especially in technology sales or retail environments
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Upsell related items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including balancing drawers and handling refunds or exchanges
- Communicate clearly with customers using strong phone etiquette and active listening skills




- Maintain organized workstations, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are properly labeled
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Demonstrate excellent time management to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills essential for accuracy in transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience in merchandising or product demos can enhance your ability to engage customers and boost sales
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are key to thriving in this energetic role
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
