Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features, especially for technology or electronics items
- Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions




- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic technical product demos and explain features clearly to customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively during peak hours
