Role Description The Cashier Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Shoppers Drug Mart location in Leduc, AB. This role oversees front-end cash operations, including supervising cashiers, monitoring tills, and ensuring accurate, efficient transaction processing.

The Cashier

Supervisor supports team scheduling, training, and coaching to maintain high service standards and a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include handling customer issues, managing lineups, resolving payment or price discrepancies,



and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized checkout area, supporting inventory controls for front-end merchandise, and collaborating with store leadership to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to lead cashier teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with store management.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, oversee front-end operations, and maintain accurate transaction processes.
- Previous experience in retail or front-end supervision, preferably in a pharmacy or grocery environment.
- Proven ability to handle cash, process various payment methods, and resolve transactional issues accurately.
