We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant Level 1 or 2 to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our dentists and ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality dental care while maintaining a welcoming setting for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for patient appointments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and safely using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools when applicable
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and assisting with patient comfort and anxiety management
- Support front desk duties as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information




- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Working in front sometime , ordering, organizing inventory

Requirements

- Certified Dental Assistant Level 1 or 2 certification from an accredited program
- Experience with dental assisting procedures, including radiography and sterilization techniques
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic is highly preferred
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and providers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
