To assist in the packaging of our cheese while meeting food safety, customer quality, and worker safety requirements.

Duties

- Job entails being involved in cutting, shredding, weighing, trimming and packaging, to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of our product.
- Monitor the packaging process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Follow all GMP, Food Safety and critical quality control points as outlined in HACCP policies.
- Perform routine sanitation and cleaning of packaging equipment and utensils as assigned.
- Complete and maintain paperwork as assigned, accurately and legibly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Physical requirements:
1. Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, grab, push, pull,



hold and carry.
2. Must be able to perform repetitive motion work.
3. Lift up to 20lbs as a line operator
4. This job requires standing, walking while performing tasks.
