A successful independent restaurant group is opening an exciting new 40-seat concept in downtown Orillia, and they're looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen.

Currently a Sous Chef? This could be your chance to take that next step, run your own kitchen and officially move into a Chef de Cuisine role.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Help shape the menu and kitchen from the beginning
- Work with young, hands-on owners who love outstanding food
- Build and mentor your own team
- Join a growing group with four successful restaurants
- Work approximately 42 hours a week
- Grow into a multi-restaurant role- with potential equity down the road

Compensation includes approximately $58K, guaranteed tip-out, bonuses, health and wellness benefits, phone and gas allowances, and paid R&D; experiences.

And if you're serious about leaving the city, there may even be a bachelor apartment available above the restaurant.
