Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC, responsible for leading all financial strategy and operations for ACR Systems Inc. This position oversees financial planning and budgeting, manages cash flow, and ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The CFO directs financial controls, oversees compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and supports risk management and long-term business planning.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding finance and accounting teams,



partnering with executive leadership on business decisions, evaluating investments and capital projects, and providing clear financial insights to support growth and profitability. The CFO also collaborates with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders to maintain strong, transparent relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to develop budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Financial Statements to oversee preparation, analysis, and interpretation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused organizations.
- Proficiency with modern financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel or similar analytics software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) and/or advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
