In this role, you will support Service Providers with the development and well-being of young children by creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment, while they are on the field. Your energy and caregiving skills will help foster positive learning experiences, promote social-emotional growth, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Support Services Providers in implementing daily activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.
- Assist children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that encourage curiosity and development
- Help maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere
- Support the emotional well-being of children through positive reinforcement and attentive caregiving
Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children and emonstrate caregiving abilities with a genuine passion for nurturing young children.
- Strong teaching skills that inspire curiosity and confidence in children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
