Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, planning, and managing a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address complex engineering challenges while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed civil engineering designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other drafting tools to create schematics, system designs, and construction documents.
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to support project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and ArcGIS to analyze spatial data for site planning and environmental assessments.
- Perform construction inspection and site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Manage project workflows by coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams using project management methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations (using Mathcad),
and schematics that clearly communicate design intent and technical details.
- Apply specialized knowledge of HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Centers) tools for hydraulic modeling and flood risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience with construction projects, including system design, drafting, and construction inspection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, CAD software, and Schematics development.
- Solid understanding of GIS platforms such as ArcGIS for spatial analysis.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts relevant to civil systems is advantageous.
- Experience with HEC software for hydraulic modeling or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system designs accurately.
