Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning commercial and residential spaces. We want to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. So this role requires robust attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and facilities environments
- Use hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks when needed
- Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning machines
- Maintain the upkeep of cleaning equipment
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
- Manage inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safe practices during heavy lifting or when handling cleaning chemicals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues encountered

Experience




- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills will be noticed. We present a professional service for our clients.
- Experience in staging will be noticed.
- Experience with facilities maintenance or general custodial responsibilities is advantageous
- For for duty physically and mentally is a requirement for every shift.
