Job Summary

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management




- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are consistently maintained at high standards

Requirements

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols is advantageous
- Reliable with a positive work ethic and excellent time management skills
