Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and stored properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients or residents, addressing their needs politely and professionally.
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks when required, supporting hospitality services in residential or hospitality settings.




- Manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules while prioritizing urgent requests or special projects.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for yourself and others.

Experience

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Robust communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in French is a plus for serving diverse communities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
