As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services while ensuring safety and efficiency in every task. Your dedication will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our clients and the overall success of our company’s standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, post-construction, and commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Adhere to established safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames

Qualifications

- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in cleaning services is preferred




- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and moving for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are REQUIRED
