The Client Design & Sales Coordinator will help guide prospective clients from their initial inquiry through early design, estimating, and proposal development. This is a developmental, client-facing role for someone with education or experience in architectural technology, architecture, interior design, drafting, construction design, or a related field. - Coordinate information between clients, estimating, design, suppliers, trades, and operations.
- Assist with scopes of work, preliminary estimates, proposals, and client presentations.
- Explain technical and design information clearly to clients.
- Track open opportunities and help keep the sales process moving.

- Basic quantity takeoffs and preliminary estimating.
- Simple layouts, design requirements, and renderings.
- Millwork, cabinetry, finish-carpentry, and renovation-product knowledge.
- Consultative sales and proposal presentation.
- Managing smaller client opportunities.
- Supporting project coordination and handoff to operations.

Qualifications

- Education or relevant experience in architectural technology, architecture, interior design, drafting, construction design, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

- Comfortable speaking with clients and asking detailed discovery questions.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information.
- Familiarity with drawings, plans, design software, estimating, CRM systems, or construction is an asset.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Growth Opportunity: This is not intended to be a pure drafting or administrative position. It is a career-development opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical and design skills with client communication, sales, estimating, and project coordination.
