Your Mission

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, your mission as the Midtown and Roncesvalles Clinic Manager is to provide strong leadership and operational oversight of our Midtown and Roncesvalles clinics, ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. You will lead the teams in achieving operational excellence while supporting a positive, cooperative, and patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide onsite leadership and oversight of the Midtown and Roncesvalles clinics to ensure the highest quality of service and patient experience.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to improve engagement, productivity, and overall clinic performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff through ongoing training, feedback, and support.
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, effective resource utilization, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff,



and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor clinic performance, identify challenges, and proactively address operational concerns.
- Ensure each clinic has the appropriate resources and support required to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Support the achievement of clinic goals while effectively managing operational costs.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and CEI policies and procedures.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, ideally in a medical, ophthalmology, or healthcare clinic setting.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage two locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Working knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Comfortable with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel between the Midtown and Roncesvalles clinics.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
