Overview

We are seeking a dedicated FEMALE IMG-clinical assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. This role offers an prospect to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced electronic medical records systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with experience in carrying pap tests, venepuncture and familiarity with OSCAR EMR are desired.

The Physician

Assistant will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical services, supporting patient care experience and enhancing overall healthcare outcomes.

Duties

- Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations using medical terminology expertise
- Assist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients across pediatric and adult populations
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, pap testing, vaccination as needed
- Manage patient care in clinic setting.
- Document clinical encounters accurately within electronic medical records systems such as OSCAR PRO
- Collect data for research purposes to support clinical studies and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans
- Provide education to patients regarding health conditions, medication use, and follow-up care instructions




- Support pain management strategies and acute care interventions to optimize patient recovery

Skills

- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Oscar pro
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Experience in family physician and walk-in clinic settings.
- Skilled in patient care delivery across diverse populations including pediatrics.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy, pap testing, vaccination and data collection accurately
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with medical office operations and healthcare documentation standards
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
