PharmaChoice Canada seeks a licensed pharmacist to deliver patient care and clinical services in a community setting. You will conduct clinical assessments, manage medication therapy, and provide comprehensive counseling to patients and caregivers.
In addition to dispensing, you will administer injections and vaccines, renew prescriptions where appropriate, and collaborate with physicians and teams to optimize transitions of care, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
