Enhance patient care as a Physiotherapist with Allied Rehab Services. This role involves assessment, treatment, and education to meet individual patient goals through planned rotations. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide critical assessment and treatment services within an acute care setting. You will also participate in inter-qualified meetings and family conferences to discuss patient care and discharge planning.
Your responsibilities will include supervising therapy assistants and mentoring students, ensuring your continued professional development in diverse clinical areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Participate in inter-professional rounds and meetings
- Supervise therapy assistants and guide students
- Engage in discharge planning discussions Requirements:
- Registration with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current BLS Certification within the last year
- Minimum two years' experience in an acute care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Utilize your physiotherapy expertise to support patient-centered outcomes at Allied Rehab Services.
