Lead mental health services for youth at Our Place Peel as the Clinical Services Manager. Oversee crisis response and clinical interventions while fostering a supportive environment. In this full-time role reporting to the Director of Client Services and Wellness, you'll manage a team of clinicians to deliver vital services.

Your experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and addictions will guide the implementation of best practices and cutting-edge programs. You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and community partners to foster healing and stability among vulnerable youth. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee crisis response and clinical intervention services
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
- Manage documentation of clinical activities rigorously




- Develop and implement training for staff competencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethics Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in social services
- Degree in psychology or social work, registration in good standing
- Knowledge of Ontario’s mental health legislation
- Experience with youth mental health and addictions
