Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Supervisor and lead the delivery of high-quality mental health services within our organization. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including case management, documentation, and service delivery standards
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet organizational goals
- Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional development
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients,
and external stakeholders to promote seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of clinical activities, incident reports, and program outcomes for accountability and quality improvement
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within a mental health or healthcare setting
- Strong background in program management with demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent administrative skills with experience in record keeping, reporting, and documentation processes
- Budgeting experience to effectively manage financial resources within a clinical program
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to mental health services and organizational compliance
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
