Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator/Tube Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce precise metal components. Your expertise will ensure high-quality outputs while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC laser cutting machines and tube laser equipment to accurately cut metal sheets and tubes according to detailed blueprints and specifications
- Set up machinery by installing tooling, adjusting machine parameters, and verifying calibration before production runs
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and visual checks to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to determine cutting requirements and sequence operations effectively




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols, handling hand tools properly, and ensuring equipment is in good working order

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or tube laser equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of press brake machines, and general machining is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools such as calipers
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading
- Experience with hand tools, quality inspection procedures, assembly processes, and mechanical troubleshooting is desirable
- Certifications related to crane operation or forklift driving are advantageous but not mandatory
