Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. Your expertise in CNC programming, mechanical knowledge, and ability to read blueprints will drive efficiency and excellence in our production processes.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Set up CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, ensuring proper calibration and tooling.
- Program CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software, including SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce precise components.
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Use hand tools, calipers, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools for assembly or adjustments as needed.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste,



and improve overall productivity.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages like Haas and Fanuc controls.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as Fusion 360 or similar programs for designing or modifying parts.
- Basic math skills for measurements, tolerances, and calculations related to machining processes.
- Experience with machining tools including calipers, hand tools, power tools and forklift operation is preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
