RE/MAX Millennium is a growing real estate brokerage serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our team and support our agents and business development efforts through outbound calling and lead generation.

About the Role

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our real estate services, identifying potential opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with new people, persistent without being pushy, and able to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Introduce RE/MAX Millennium and our real estate services in a professional manner.
- Identify potential buyers, sellers, investors, and other real estate opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, timeline, and level of interest.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for real estate agents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Use CRM systems to update lead information and track activities.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Communicate relevant lead information to agents and the internal team.
- Handle objections and questions professionally.




- Follow approved calling scripts and messaging while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to engage people quickly and build rapport.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Real estate experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation : BASE + BONUS Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
