Ebury is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel for our Toronto office, with a hybrid mode (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH). You will provide high‑quality legal advice to Canada, the United States and overseas, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer in London.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating third‑party contracts, advising on corporate structuring, regulatory and fintech matters, and supporting the North American business with external counsel as needed.
