:

- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in accordance with Alberta Health guidelines.
- Perform assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, chronic disease management, preventive care, and follow-up.
- Manage same-day and scheduled appointments efficiently while ensuring high-quality patient experience.
- Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with onsite pharmacists and healthcare team members for optimized patient care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and care planning.




- Participate in on-call rotation if applicable (optional-remove if not needed).
- Adhere to all Alberta College of Family Physicians (CFPC) and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) standards.

Qualifications:

MD or equivalent.

· Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.

· Certification with the College of Family Physicians.

· Expertise and commitment to quality care and patient safety.

· Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the healthcare environment.

· Understanding of Just Culture and its role in healthcare.
