You will engage directly with individuals, focusing on their unique needs and preferences, while implementing least restrictive behavior support strategies. Our ideal candidate embraces challenges, promotes self-determination, and uses effective communication to build trust and rapport. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized behavior support strategies
- Drive and transport clients safely as needed




- Assist with daily living activities and life skills development
- Maintain a calm and neutral demeanor during behavioral escalations Requirements:
- 2-3 years post-secondary education in human services
- Experience working with individuals with complex behaviors
- Solid communication and de-escalation skills
- Patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude
- Legally eligible to operate a vehicle supplied by the Ministry Support individuals to thrive in their community as a Community Residential Worker focused on person-centered care.
