Support vibrant community engagement as a Community Schools Facilitator at the Suncor Energy Center for the Performing Arts. Coordinate events and provide administrative assistance for a welcoming atmosphere. Fort McMurray Catholic Schools seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to facilitate community schools at SECPA.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate events for various groups, and provide necessary administrative support. This dynamic position requires strong organizational and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate usage of facilities for community groups
- Ensure fair access in accordance with policies
- Work with school staff to prioritize bookings
- Support groups with administrative procedures and permits
- Prepare invoices and maintain financial records Requirements:
- College diploma in Recreation, Sport Management, or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office or customer service setting
- 2 years of event planning experience for large events
- Proficiency in G-Suite and scheduling software
- Fluent in written and spoken English Bring your organizational skills and event management experience to facilitate community events at the SECPA.
