VON Canada seeks a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes across Nova Scotia. You will support daily living, assist with personal care, mobility, and meal prep, while partnering with healthcare teams to tailor and monitor care plans.

This permanent, part time (0.75 FTE) position includes professional development, a comprehensive benefits package, a pension plan, travel compensation, and a thorough orientation to help you succeed in community-based care.
