Alberta Health Services in Hanna is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to join a cooperative multidisciplinary team and support daily living activities in accordance with the patient care plan and facility policies.
The role includes assisting with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, safety, and reporting changes to the care team, while communicating with patients and families. This is a temporary, part-time position (0.80 FTE) with shift patterns including days, evenings and weekends.
