Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing rebar, shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to create durable, high-quality structures.

Duties

- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve a polished surface
- Set forms and molds accurately according to blueprints and schematics for precise concrete placement
- Install rebar reinforcement and perform masonry tasks to strengthen concrete structures
- Operate heavy equipment like mixers, screeds, and power trowels to ensure efficient workflow
- Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project specifications and plan finishing procedures accordingly

Qualifications

- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles with a strong understanding of concrete forming and curing processes
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, machinery,



and equipment used in concrete work and general construction
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Skilled in rebar installation, masonry work, and carpentry
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including mixers, screeds, power trowels, and other construction machinery
- Solid physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship during all phases of concrete finishing
- Construction experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety
