We are seeking a friendly and qualified Concierge to elevate the resident experience at a premium condominium in Halifax. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and ensure that resident needs are met with both efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude. This role requires a polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

As the Concierge, you will be the go-to person for resident inquiries, assistance with reservations, and local recommendations, all while creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests upon arrival, offering a warm and skilled first impression
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist with booking reservations for party room, guest suites, theatre room etc.
- Provide accurate information regarding building amenities, policies, and local attraction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and information are up-to-date
- Address and resolve resident complaints or concerns with professionalism and care,



ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of resident forms, inspection forms for party room.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality (preferably in a condominium or residential setting). (2-3 years)
- Prior experience with Condo control system is an asset.
- Always available to assist residents with their needs.
- Ability to conduct night time patrols of the premises as required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts 11pm to 7am.
- Availability to work 24 hours weekly. ( Fri to Sun overnights)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
