We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our Estimating Team. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, strategic cost estimates that supports profitable growth and strong client partnerships. Role and Responsibilities

Cost Estimation

- Project Opportunity Evaluation – Assess incoming bids for scope, risk, and alignment with business objectives.
- Document & Scope Review – Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define scope and identify risks.
- Cost Intelligence & Market Analysis – Apply historical data, benchmarks, and market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
- Site & Quantity Analysis – Coordinate pre‑bid site reviews and complete detailed masonry and EIFS takeoffs using digital tools.
- Perform Project Takeoffs - Accurately perform brick, stone, block, and EIFS (stucco) quantity takeoffs using on screen estimating software.

Bid Preparation & Submission

- Bid Strategy & Execution – Oversee bid preparation, internal reviews, and on‑time submissions.
- Client & CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of client communication,



bid status, and follow‑ups.
- Strategic Pricing Collaboration – Partner with our Operations Team on bid strategy, risk, and pricing alignment.
- Vendor & Supplier Relationships – Maintain supplier partnerships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong analytic abilities and attention to details.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with digital takeoff tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- An understanding of exterior construction estimating and/or experience in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to coordinate and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Procore or other digital estimating software is a requirement for this position.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High school diploma.
- Post-secondary courses related to Construction strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience as an estimator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
