Clearspace is a design-build firm focused on interior office environments in Canada. We are hiring a Project Administrator to keep commercial interior projects organized and ready for handoffs, coordinating with Project Managers, Designers, Site Supervisors, consultants, trades, and Finance to move work on schedule.

You’ll own coordination and records behind workflows from setup through closeout. Project Managers retain decision authority; Site Supervisors lead on site.
