Site Supervisor – Construction

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and take a key leadership role in the successful delivery of construction projects.

This is an prospect for a hands-on construction professional who knows how to lead people, keep a site organized, and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

- Take day-to-day leadership of construction sites and field operations

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel

- Plan daily activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule

- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents

- Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and productivity on site

- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics

- Work closely with the Project Manager and office team to keep projects on track

- Identify and address site issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality

- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with trades and project stakeholders

- Track progress and provide regular updates to the project team

- Ensure company and regulatory safety requirements are followed

- Help coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and project closeout

What We’re Looking For





- Several years of experience in construction, with previous Site Supervisor, Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership experience

- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination

- Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors

- Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping the site moving

- Strong communication skills and a professional approach

- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability

- Valid driver's license
